Uniform Reminder and Accountability System
To address uniform infractions while maintaining a positive and respectful environment, we have created the following system:.
- Initial Reminder (Verbal): If a student attends a class without their full TMAM uniform, or equipment they will receive a verbal reminder about the importance of wearing the correct uniform.
- Written Reminder: If a student attends a second class without their full uniform or equipment, the student (or their parent/guardian) will be issued a written reminder, outlining the uniform policy and requesting their commitment to adhere to it.
- Accountability Chat: For a third infraction, the student (or their parent/guardian) will have a private discussion with an instructor to address any barriers to wearing the uniform and equipment to emphasise the importance of following the policy.
- Participation Suspension: If a student continues to attend without items of their uniform or equipment, they will be notified in writing that they cannot participate in further classes until they comply with the uniform policy.
